My journey is a testament to the profound transformations that arise from embracing ancient wisdom and personal growth. My passion for sharing my offerings stems from my own healing journey and awakening process, which began five years ago and led to deep transformational growth and expansion.
As a trauma-informed plant medicine integration facilitator, Kambo Practitioner, Reiki healer, and retreat host, I create safe, nurturing spaces where you can heal, explore, and rediscover your inner strength.
My mission is to bring awareness to these healing modalities and offer supportive tools from various backgrounds and traditions, all aligned with the goal of helping you reconnect with the calling of your soul and your true self. I am here to support you in building your self-confidence, self-worth, and self-love, allowing these qualities to permeate every aspect of your life and guide you toward the life you are meant & deserve to live.
Behind Amber
My journey is as diverse and rich as my heritage. Born in Atlanta to a unique blend of Pakistani and Swedish roots, I spent most of my childhood years immersed in the vibrant culture of Guanacaste, Costa Rica after the fifth grade. My academic path took me from UC Davis, where I earned my bachelor’s degree, to the University of Glasgow in Scotland, where I completed my Master’s in Public Policy and Business Management.
Life took a transformative turn when my family and I participated in our first Ayahuasca ceremony in the end of 2019. This sacred experience was my therapy for my own healing, deepened my connection to the essence of who I am and ignited a profound awakening to my purpose. While I am far from perfect, this journey has driven me to serve others through alternative healing modalities.
My passion is grounded in reciprocity and supporting the wisdom carriers of these ancient medicines, ensuring that the teachings we receive are honored and preserved. My mission is to guide you in your own journey of self-discovery and healing, using the diverse tools and insights I’ve gained along the way to help you reconnect with your soul’s true calling.

Received Grandmother Medicine For The First Time With My Family
Experiencing Grandmother Medicine for the first time with my family was a profound journey that words can scarcely capture. It was as though a veil was lifted, revealing a deeper truth and opening a door to realms of infinite love and understanding.
During that first Ayahuasca ceremony, I connected deeply with myself, Source, a higher power, and the essence of forgiveness, feeling a boundless love that transcended anything I had ever known.
This sacred experience not only transformed my life but also touched the lives of my family in ways we hadn’t anticipated. I am eternally grateful for the wisdom, teachings, and lessons this ancient medicine bestowed upon us.

Became a Certified Kambo Practitioner with My Mom
Becoming a certified Kambo Practitioner alongside my mom was a deeply transformative and bonding experience. Although our family has journeyed together on the path of plant medicine, this training deepened our connection in ways I could never have imagined.
It was incredible to recognize parts of myself reflected in my mom and to see how trauma can be passed down through generations. This shared journey not only strengthened our bond but also provided profound insights into our familial patterns.
I am immensely blessed and honored to have had this special experience with my mother. Thank you for choosing me to be your daughter; I love you to infinity and beyond, forever and always.

Furthered My Studies Directly with The Matsés in The Amazon Jungle of Peru
Integrity, Respect, & Reciprocity are values that guide every aspect of my journey. I felt a deep call to further my studies with the Matses and waited for the moment that felt truly right in my body and resonated with my heart.
I am profoundly grateful to God for the opportunity to immerse myself in the traditional ways of communing with Kambo, learning from our Matses family in Angamos, Peru. This experience was transformative, allowing me to deeply understand and appreciate the traditions, way of life, and history of the Matses.
It was a profound honor to learn from them and to be blessed with the chance to serve Kambo in a manner that respects and honors their sacred traditions. This journey will always hold a special place in my heart.

Certified Trauma Informed Plant Medicine Integration Facilitator
I am thrilled to share that I have officially completed my certification through Aya Healing Retreats in Peru, under the guidance of Atira Tan. This transformative program has deepened my understanding and commitment to safe, sustainable, and trauma-informed practices.
I am profoundly grateful for the opportunity to learn from such esteemed teachers and to bring greater awareness to the importance of these principles in our healing work.
This educational experience enhances my dedication to offering mindful and respectful practices in our shared journey toward wellness..
